Eddie began his career in the tennis industry, from managing sporting goods stores to running tennis clubs and everything in between. In 2000, he was given the opportunity to bring his client skills to the magazine publishing industry. Eddie started off working on subscriber acquisition and retention, understanding what it takes to find new readers and keep them. In 2003, he transitioned to a new role with ZINIO, a company that developed a new way magazine readers could receive and engage with magazine content. In that role, Eddie learned to work within a start-up environment, rolling up his sleeves to learn the business and development client relationships [NJ1] with major magazine publishers like Time, Hearst, Conde Nast, Meredith and many others.
Eddie joined SVBranches to assist with the support of technical integrations, researching solutions for clients and providing project management support. Eddie enjoys understanding clients’ challenges and finding the best solutions for them- he is always happy to jump on a call or video conference to hear the client’s concerns and provide the best-in-class service that Shawn and the SVBranches team are known for.
In Eddie’s free time, he loves to travel, play tennis and stay active with his French Bulldog, Bebe. She is pocket size and loves everything Eddie does!
